The Thursday Night Throw Down is a weekly golf competition held every Thursday at 5:30 pm at Westport Golf Club in Denver, NC. The event runs from April through October. It features blind draw teams (ranked ABCD) and blind draw formats, meaning participants do not know their team or format in advance. The buy-in is $8 plus green fees. Prizes include bragging rights, CTPs, and a pot prize. Players must call in to register before 2 p.m. on the day of the event. The event is open to all ages.
