Open Seniors (Over 50's) Singles Competition held every Tuesday at Ardee Golf Club. The competition is open to both members and visitors with a valid Golf Ireland/WHS handicap index. Entry fee is €30. Players must book via the Clubnet visitor booking system and select 'Available Open Competitions' to view dates and secure a tee time. Play is from the Green Tees. Scores must be recorded in the locker room computer or digital app after completion. Prize awards are given under qualifying conditions. According to the club's 2021-2022 Terms of Competition, Open Seniors (50+) runs every Tuesday from the Green Tees. During winter (short course) play, these are 18-hole counting competitions under Model Local Rules E2 & E3. Prizes are awarded in strokeplay (1st Nett, 2nd Nett, Gross, 3rd Nett) or stableford (1st, 2nd, Gross Points, 3rd) depending on the format for the day. Visitors must hold a valid WHS/Golf Ireland handicap to be eligible.
