Open Singles Competition held every Thursday at Ardee Golf Club. The competition is open to both members and visitors with a valid WHS/Golf Ireland handicap index. Entry fee is €30. Players must book a tee time via the Clubnet booking system (available 10 days in advance) and sign in on the day of play. The competition is played as an 18-hole individual event from the White Tees. Scores must be recorded in the locker room computer or via the Clubnet app after completion. Prize awards are given for top finishing positions (1st Nett, 2nd Nett, Gross, 3rd Nett for strokeplay; 1st, 2nd, Gross Points, 3rd for stableford). Tie resolution follows the Committee Procedures of the Official Guide to the Rules of Golf.
