Open Singles Competition held every Thursday at Ardee Golf Club. The event is open to both members and visitors who hold a valid Golf Ireland handicap. Entry fee is €30. Players must book via the Clubnet visitor booking system and sign in on the day. The competition is played as an individual strokeplay or stableford event (format determined by the Competitions Committee) from the White Tees. Scores must be recorded in the locker room computer or via the Clubnet app. Prizes are awarded according to the competition format: for strokeplay, prizes are given for 1st Net, 2nd Net, Gross, and 3rd Net; for stableford, prizes are given for 1st, 2nd, Gross Points, and 3rd. A valid WHS/Golf Ireland handicap index is required to be eligible for prizes.
