The Wednesday Qualifier is an individual stableford competition run every Wednesday from May to September at Mitchelstown Golf Club. Open to all golfers with a recognised handicap (GUI/ILGU card required). Entry fee is €30. Each week, the top three finishers qualify for the September Final. A closest-the-pin shoot-out runs alongside every round. The September Final offers €1,000 in prizes and a €500 shoot-out. Players can book online via the club's booking system but must register and pay on the day in the clubhouse. Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies; soft spikes must be worn.
