The Wednesday Qualifier is a weekly individual stableford competition held every Wednesday from May to September at Mitchelstown Golf Club. Open to all golfers with a recognised handicap (GUI card required for competition entry), the entry fee is €30. Each week, the top three finishers qualify for the September Final, which offers €1,000 in prizes. A closest-the-pin shoot-out runs alongside every round, offering a separate competition with its own prizes (€500 for the shoot-out). Entry is made online via the club's visitor booking page. Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies; soft spikes must be worn.
