The Wednesday Qualifier is a weekly individual stableford competition held every Wednesday from May to September at Mitchelstown Golf Club. Open to all golfers with a recognised GUI handicap, the event welcomes visitors and non-members. Each week, the top three finishers qualify for the September Final. A closest-the-pin shoot-out runs alongside every round as a separate competition. The entry fee is €30. The September Final offers €1,000 in prizes and a €500 shoot-out competition. Entry is made online via the club's booking system. Soft spikes required; normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies.
