One-day junior open at York Golf & Tennis Club (York, Maine), held on Tuesday 14 July 2026. Part of the Maine Junior Open Series run by Maine Golf. Open to all juniors under the age of 19. Individual stroke play format with two coed flights: High School Flight and Middle School Flight (girls play from a similarly rated set of tees). Maximum field of 60 players. Maximum handicap index of 16.0 for high school players and 28.0 for middle school players. Entry fee is $30. Individual champion receives a trophy and Maine Golf voucher money; team champions also receive a trophy and voucher money (amounts vary depending on field size). Parents and spectators are welcome to walk the course provided they remain at least 50 feet from players and do not offer instruction or advice. Caddies are permitted provided they have basic knowledge of the game and do not slow pace of play. This event awards Maine Junior Player of the Year points and may contribute towards selection for the Maine Junior Team.

Prizes

Individual champion receives a trophy and Maine Golf voucher money. Team champions receive a trophy and Maine Golf voucher money. Voucher amounts depend on field size.
