The layout offers a total yardage ranging from 5,120 yards from the red tees to 6,640 yards from the black tees, with a consistent par of 72 across the entire 18 holes. The front nine, designated as the VISTA course, presents a par 36 configuration, while the back nine, the DUKE course, also plays to a par 36.

The course is characterized by its significant length, marketed as the longest in the Yeongnam region, requiring precise distance management from all tee boxes. The VISTA course features a mix of par fours and fives, including a long 510-yard 9th hole on the black tees. The DUKE course is defined by its demanding par fives, such as the 613-yard 4th hole on the black tees and the 567-yard 8th hole, which test the driving accuracy and long-game capabilities of golfers.
