Winfield Country Club in Winfield, Kansas, was established in 1917 as a nine-hole course by Fred Clarke, then Manager of the Pittsburgh Pirates. The course has since evolved into an 18-hole championship layout with a classic country club setting. Located at 2916 Country Club Road, the course is surrounded by three residential developments, allowing private golf cart access directly from neighboring homes. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, driving range, and practice putting green. The course was charted by Sky Caddie in 2007, with well-marked yardages throughout. Winfield Country Club combines historic heritage with modern recreational facilities, offering both golf and dining experiences through its on-site restaurant and bar. The course serves as both a private membership venue and public play destination in the Winfield community.
