White Bluff's Old Course was designed by Bruce Lietzke and opened in 1992. Located at White Bluff Resort in Whitney, Texas, the course spans 6,866 yards from the back tees with a slope rating of 75.0 and a course rating of 141. While generally considered the easier of the resort's two courses, it features some of the most scenic holes and challenging stretches.

The layout demands strategic shot accuracy from the tee and on approach shots. Players encounter dramatic elevation changes, water hazards, strategically placed bunkers, and wildlife including deer throughout the round. The course is noted for having the most difficult nine holes among the resort's offerings.

The Old Course was recently recognized by Golf Pass as the #2 public course in Texas. The facility includes a fully equipped pro shop and The 19th Hole, a clubhouse venue offering food and beverage service. The complex also features The Danny Morrow Pavilion for tournament events and gatherings. The course operates Friday through Tuesday.
