The New Course at White Bluff is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Bruce Lietzke and opened in 1998. Located in Whitney, Texas, it measures over 100 yards longer than the resort's Old Course and presents significant challenge with a slope rating of 147 and course rating of 75.5.

The course features a traditional layout characterized by tight, flat fairways and demanding approach shots from 150 yards in. Water hazards appear on 16 holes, while 30 large bunkers provide additional strategic difficulty. The greens, resurfaced in 2019 with Tif-Eagle grass, are noted for their quality.

The New Course was recognized by Golf Pass as the #1 public course in Texas and #29 in the United States for 2022. The facility includes a fully equipped pro shop and the St. Andrews-inspired Mulligan's Restaurant, which offers breakfast and lunch service. An outside patio overlooks several key holes, and a covered pavilion accommodates events and tournaments. The course operates Wednesday through Sunday.
