Westlake Golf Course ☆ Follow

Westlake Golf and Country Club opened in 2001 and features an Arthur Hills-designed championship 18-hole course with a par of 71 and 6,500 yards from the longest tees. Located in Ocean County, New Jersey, it is set in a private, gated golf community for active adults age 55+. The course includes water on sixteen of the eighteen holes and provides challenging shots at every turn, and features a mix of parkland and links-styled holes with predominantly rolling, tree-lined fairways leading to large, undulating greens, along with abundant water hazards and bunkers.

The longest hole on the course is hole 10, a par-5 playing to 510 yards, while the shortest is hole 3, a par-3 at 146 yards from the back tees, with hole 5 rated as the #1 handicap hole at 432 yards. Seven different tee box options accommodate golfers of all ability levels. The course has hosted NJSGA 4-Ball qualifiers in 2012, 2009, 2006, and 2003.
