Western Golf and Country Club

Western Golf & Country Club is a private country club located in Redford, Michigan, established in 1926. The course features a Donald Ross original design, one of the most respected architects in golf history. Known as "The Club of Good Fellowship," WGCC is characterized by its warm, family-oriented atmosphere and rich tradition spanning nearly a century.

The club underwent significant renovations, including a complete clubhouse rebuild completed in 2021 following a fire, and a pool house renovation finished in 2023. Currently, the course is undergoing a $4.7 million restoration project led by Andrew Green of A.H. Green Design/Green Golf & Turf, reflecting the club's commitment to maintaining its championship standards.

Beyond golf, Western Golf & Country Club offers comprehensive amenities including a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball facilities, a driving range, and TrackMan simulators. The facility features four clubhouse dining areas, junior programs, and a Kids Club, with numerous social events scheduled throughout the year for members.
