Designed by James Foulis in 1926, the course is currently celebrating its centennial anniversary. The layout spans 6,640 yards from the championship tees, with alternative yardages available at 6,304 yards from the blue tees, 5,918 yards from the white tees, and 5,385 yards from the red tees. The terrain features subtly undulating topography and wooded scenery, characterized by tree-lined fairways and spacious greens. Small lakes and the north branch of the Waukegan River flow gently throughout the property, adding water hazards to the challenge. The course is designed to accommodate a range of skill levels, offering enough length and difficulty to challenge serious players while providing a relaxing environment for newcomers.
