Westchester Hills Golf Club is a private 18-hole golf course located in White Plains, New York, spanning 6,300 yards. Originally designed in 1913 by Peter Clark, the course was established as Gedney Farm Country Club before taking its current name in 1921. The layout features fairways lined with mature trees, rolling hills, and contoured greens characteristic of the region's terrain.
The course underwent a significant renovation by renowned architect Rees Jones, debuted in spring 2022. This redesign included green expansions exceeding 20,000 square feet, complete bunker renovation, and irrigation system replacement to enhance playability for golfers of all skill levels while preserving the course's classic character. An irrigation system installed in the 1980s transformed the course from a wide-open layout to a more strategic, position-oriented design with defined rough surrounding narrower fairways.
The club, incorporated in 1913, also features practice facilities including a driving range and two practice greens. Beyond golf, Westchester Hills operates as a full-service country club with tennis, swimming, fitness facilities, and dining options.
