United Golf La Tercia is a 9-hole golf course designed by José Gancedo, featuring 3 par threes, 3 par fours, and 3 par fives, with a par of 36 and a length of 3042 yards. The course presents undulating greens and wide fairways similar to British links courses, with watercourses testing accuracy and strategy in a natural setting without urban development.

Located between Murcia city and the Mar Menor coastline, the resort is surrounded by open views, nature and mountains. The course is situated 5km from the town of Balsicas, 25km from Murcia, and 15km from the beach and San Javier Airport. A distinctive feature is the aquatic driving range—the first in Spain—which overlooks a lake with standard distance markers.

The course was originally built as a 9-hole layout with plans to extend to 18 holes; however, the golf course is currently closed and not operational.
