Umpqua Golf Resort is located in Sutherlin, Oregon and represents a complete transformation of the former Oak Hills Golf Club through an extensive renovation project. The course features an 18-hole design that includes six newly constructed holes, set among rolling hills, lakes, and streams. The facility offers a unique covered and heated driving range, the only one of its kind in Douglas County, allowing for year-round practice.

The course presents a challenging layout emphasizing precision over distance. Most greens are elevated, requiring golfers to select appropriate club distances. The course includes natural water hazards and strategic bunkering to test various skill levels. The rolling topography and water features create varied playing conditions across the eighteen holes, demanding careful shot planning and course management.

Beyond golf, Umpqua Golf Resort operates as an integrated property combining golf facilities with an RV park resort component.
