Thorn Spring Golf Course was originally established in 1927 and opened in 1945, located in Pulaski, Virginia. The 18-hole course features 6,431 yards from the longest tees for a par of 72, with a course rating of 71.0 and slope rating of 121. The facility sits on 110 acres.
The course is characterized by hilly fairways and small greens, with water hazards coming into play on at least seven holes and over twenty-five greenside sand bunkers adding to the difficulty. Forward tees measure 5,491 yards. The clubhouse features two dining rooms with a patio overlooking the 18th hole.
The course is now family-owned and operated by Karen, Matthew and Brian Sale.
