The Traces Golf Club comprises 27 holes of golf located in Florence, South Carolina, just miles from I-20 and I-95. The facility is divided into three nine-hole courses: The Woodlands, Meadows, and Creekside, with any combination available for a full round. The Woodlands Course was designed by Ron Garl and opened in 1991, featuring plenty of water and sand to test player skill. The Meadows Course offers a balanced mix of sand and water with five open holes for a links-style look, while remaining holes feature pines and hardwood trees lining the fairways.

The course features rolling hills, sand, water, and large undulating bermuda greens throughout. A typical 18-hole combination measures 6,772 yards with a rating of 73.0 and slope of 131. The facility is semi-private and located one mile off Interstate 20, Exit 137, with a modern clubhouse containing a fully equipped Pro Shop, bar and grill. The Meadows and Creekside courses were built in 1999 and designed by James Goodson.
