Darlington Country Club is an 18-hole golf course located in Darlington, South Carolina, set along the picturesque Black Creek. Founded in 1926, the course is celebrating its centennial in 2026. The layout features challenging greens known for their undulations and crowning that demand precise approach shots, with notably fast playing surfaces and thick rough.

The course has undergone recent improvements, including a significant redesign of holes 15, 16, and 17 by renowned golf architect Richard Mandell. This renovation aims to restore the course to its 1926 origins by capitalizing on the property's natural sandy soils and transitioning away from wall-to-wall turf to embrace the course's historical character and natural features.

The club hosts the Southern 500 Golf Invitational, a prestigious 54-hole amateur championship now in its 61st year. The course welcomes both members and non-members and is complemented by dining at The Black Creek Grill and Bar, plus additional amenities including a renovated swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball facilities.
