Stratford Golf Club

Stratford Golf Club is located mid-way between New Plymouth and Hawera in Taranaki, New Zealand, accessible via State Highway 3. The course features a Par 72 layout comprising four par five holes, ten par fours, and four par threes. The predominantly North/South layout offers mainly flat terrain that is easy to walk.

The course is characterized by tightish fairways and abundant trees, creating a garden-like aesthetic. A defining feature is the stunning views of Mt Egmont/Taranaki visible from virtually every hole, with additional views of the Central Plateau mountains (Ruapehu, Ngauruhoe, and Tongariro) on clear days. The course presents a pleasant yet challenging experience suitable for various skill levels.
