St Pierre Old Course is an 18-hole championship course with a par of 72, stretching 7,028 yards. Designed by C.K. Cotton and opened in 1962, it was remodeled in 2008 by Ross McMurray. Located in Chepstow within 400 acres of parkland in the Wye Valley, approximately 20 miles from Bristol and two hours from London, the course is set around a 14th-century manor house and Norman church.

The course is designed around an 11-acre ornamental lake lined with century-old trees, providing a significant design feature and water hazard challenge. A notable 400-year-old chestnut tree stands on the second fairway. The signature 18th hole demands a precision shot of 235 yards across the lake's edge to a raised green. The course presents testing challenges through water hazards and tough bunker placement, establishing it as one of South Wales' premier golf destinations.

St Pierre has hosted major tournaments including the Solheim Cup and numerous European events, and has produced six past Ryder Cup Captains among its champions. The course combines natural beauty with championship-level difficulty, offering both aesthetic appeal and technical challenge.
