St Idloes Golf Club is a 9-hole course located near Llanidloes in mid-Wales, founded in 1897 on its present site at Penrhallt, which historically served as local race course and cricket practice grounds. The club temporarily relocated closer to town before returning to its original location in 1947.

The course is set in rural Welsh countryside with panoramic views of surrounding mountains, including Plynlimon and the Llandinam hills. The undulating terrain and woodland setting create a scenic playing environment. St Idloes describes itself as a friendly, welcoming club that accommodates all ages and abilities, with an active junior section and growing focus on environmental sustainability, including recently installed wetland wildlife habitat.

The club hosts various competitions across men's, ladies, seniors, and junior sections throughout the year. Accessible by foot from Llanidloes through Penrhallt woods, the course is designed to challenge golfers while maintaining accessibility for recreational players.
