Situated on the gentle southern slope of a hill, the layout is designed to replicate the characteristics of a links course, featuring undulating terrain and open, flat fairways that offer expansive views. The course is divided into two distinct halves: the outward nine holes are characterized by long, driver-friendly stretches that reward distance, while the inward nine require more precise approach shots. The course offers four sets of tees with varying yardages. From the white tees, the total distance is 6,145 yards, with a Course Rating of 67.4 and a Slope Rating of 113 for men. The back nine is often referred to as the "Amen Corner," presenting a sharper challenge than the front nine. This section includes the club's most difficult holes, which are critical for scoring. The most notable features of the course are found in the stretch from the 14th to the 16th holes. The 14th is a long par-5 dogleg right where the fairway is lined with out-of-bounds, making the tee shot a pivotal decision between attacking the green or playing safely to the center. The 15th is a links-style mid-length hole with a bunker guarding the front right of the green. The 16th is a long mid-length hole where the second shot carries a high risk of out-of-bounds, often forcing players to play conservatively to avoid disaster. The 13th hole serves as a challenging par-3, featuring a slightly downhill shot toward a green with a narrow depth. A pond lies in front of the green, making club selection and wind awareness essential. The front nine, by contrast, offers more open driving opportunities, with the 1st hole playing as a 524-yard par-5 from the white tees, setting a tone of openness before the course tightens up on the return.
