Rondebosch Golf Club is a parkland layout situated in the shadow of Table Mountain in Cape Town, with over 120 years of golfing history. The course features tree-lined fairways, small greens, and more than 40 bunkers strategically positioned throughout. Two rivers—the Black River and Vygekraal River—meander through the lower half of the course, adding water hazards and strategic complexity to the layout. The course was developed on the site of a former dairy farm.

The turf composition includes kiukyu grass on fairways and tees, with poa annua on the greens. Rondebosch is recognised as one of the best courses in the Cape Metropolitan area and is maintained in excellent condition. The course has an established tournament history, regularly hosting international, national, and provincial competitions at both professional and amateur levels.
