Rockville Links Club was founded in 1923 and offers a classic golf experience rooted in tradition and timeless design. Designed by renowned Golden Age architect Devereux Emmet, the course is situated on what was once open farmland along the southern edge of Long Island. The 18-hole course features 6,257 yards from the longest tees with a par of 72. The course rating is 70.3 with a slope rating of 128.
Though the land presented few natural contours, Emmet created a thoughtful series of routing loops that produce a natural rhythm across all 18 holes. The greens are subtly elevated—some rising as much as five feet above the natural terrain—introducing movement and challenge, while the distinctive bunkering and closely mown surrounds evoke the feel of a traditional links course. The course offers a rewarding experience for golfers of all levels with its unique character, strategic design, and walkable layout.
