Located in Weaverville, North Carolina just 10 minutes north of Asheville, the course is set in the Blue Ridge Mountains and is regularly rated 4 stars on Golf Digest's "Places to Play" list. The unique course boasts a Scottish Highland look with beautifully manicured bentgrass tees, fairways and greens.

The course features numerous elevation changes, doglegs, blind shots, stunning views, and meticulously maintained greens, challenging players' course management skills as well as their physical fitness due to its sloping fairways and elevated greens. The course rating is 71.9 with a slope rating of 133, indicating a challenging layout that demands strategic play.

Reems Creek Golf Club was conceived by the esteemed British firm Hawtree & Sons in 1988. The course underwent significant renovations following changes in ownership, with bunkers being removed, sinkholes repaired, irrigation systems upgraded, and equipment including new GPS-equipped golf carts installed. The course operates as a daily-fee facility with both public and membership options available.
