Black Mountain Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 71 course spanning 6,215 yards located in Black Mountain, North Carolina, seventeen miles east of Asheville in the western part of the state. Established in 1929, the course sits at the foot of the Black Mountain Range and offers spectacular mountain views throughout the layout.

The front nine was originally designed by Donald Ross, a legendary course architect. The course is particularly notable for its famous 17th hole, a par 6 measuring 747 yards, which was once the longest hole in the world.
