Port Edward Country Club

Port Edward Country Club is a 9-hole parklands golf course designed by Dave Gouws, located in Port Edward on KwaZulu-Natal's South Coast. The course plays to a par of 72 when both nines are used, with 18 tees available. The fairways and greens are maintained with Buffalo grass, providing consistent playing conditions throughout the layout.

The course features a mix of hole lengths and difficulty ratings, with stroke indices ranging across the nines to accommodate players of varying abilities. The men's course rating from the back tees is 68.5, while the front tees rate at 65.7. Ladies play to a rating of 71.3. The course includes both par-4 holes, ranging from 260 to 436 meters, par-3s, and par-5s, the longest reaching 436 meters, presenting a balanced challenge for golfers. The parklands setting provides an accessible yet engaging test of golf, suitable for both recreational and competitive play.
