Pine Ridge Golf Club opened in 2006 in Coram, New York, and was designed by Ron Forse. The par-70 layout features 18 holes with 6,607 yards from the longest tees and includes four sets of tee markers stretching from 4,868 to 6,607 yards. Carved out of a native pine forest on gently rolling terrain, the course boasts an impressive variety of holes, with finely manicured bent grass greens, tees and fairways.
The course features tight fairways, severe doglegs both left and right, and strategically placed bunkers. From the tips, three par 4s exceed 450 yards, while holes 11-14 include two par 5s and two par 4s exceeding 400 yards from the white markers. Water comes into play on three holes, most notably on the par-3 17th with its pond fronting the green, and the greens are large, multi-tiered and receptive but rough to read. Each hole is enveloped by pines in its own tranquil playing corridor.
