Penn Oaks Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course featuring 6,610 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71, designed by Richard Roberts and opened in 1966. Located in West Chester, Pennsylvania in Thornbury Township, Penn Oaks Golf Club serves residents of Chester County and neighboring Delaware County communities. The course features a mature, tree-lined layout with narrow fairways and quick, undulating greens. The course has a rating of 71.4 with a slope rating of 131 on bent grass.

The property's history dates back to 1681 when King Charles II granted the land to William Penn, and it was developed into a golf course in 1965 when Alfred Vilone acquired the property and hired Russell Roberts for the design. The facility features a driving range and short game area that was renovated in 2010. Penn Oaks hosts the Vonnie Gros Golf Classic, an annual fundraiser held in June for the West Chester University Field Hockey scholarship fund.
