Pedham Place Golf Centre

Pedham Place Golf Centre is an inland links-style golf course situated at 112 metres elevation on free-draining chalk downland in Swanley, Kent, enabling year-round play. The facility offers an 18-hole Championship course and a 9-hole Par 3 Academy course, catering to golfers of all abilities. The course's elevated position on chalk downland provides excellent drainage and creates the characteristic firm, fast-playing conditions typical of links golf. Beyond the courses, the centre features a 30-bay driving range with 18 TopTracer bays equipped with ball-tracking technology, allowing golfers to analyse their shots. Five PGA coaches are available for instruction. The facility implements winter management protocols including temporary greens during frost conditions and trolley restrictions to maintain playability throughout the year.
