Nudgee Golf Club is a dual-course facility located in Nudgee, Queensland, featuring 36 holes across two distinct layouts. The Kurrai, an 18-hole classic championship course positioned to the west, offers an engaging and challenging design described as world-class. The Bulka, an 18-hole modern links-style course to the east, is bordered by Kedron Brook and presents a contemporary playing experience.
The club's origins date to the late 1920s, with formal establishment in 1930. The original layout expanded to 18 holes in 1950, followed by additional nine-hole courses in 1964 and 1991. The land holds cultural significance as a traditional meeting place of the Turrbal people for thousands of years, reflected in the course names—Kurrai meaning sunset and Bulka meaning sunrise in the Turrbal language.
Recently ranked #77 in Australia, Nudgee Golf Club has undergone course redevelopment while maintaining its championship credentials. The facility accommodates golfers of varying skill levels through membership and public booking options, supported by a pro shop and practice facilities including a driving range.
