Middletown Country Club is a par-69, 6,076-yard classically-designed golf course located in historic Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Established in 1913, the course has been owned by Middletown Township since 1987 and is managed by Agro Golf Corporation. The course has hosted numerous notable golfers, including World Golf Hall of Famers Ben Hogan, Henry Picard, Leo Diegel, Vic Ghezzi, George Fazio, and Johnny Miller. Gary Player, one of five players to win golf's four major championships, served as the playing professional during the early 1960s.

The facility has undergone substantial improvements in recent years, including a major bunker renovation project. Beyond golf, Middletown Country Club offers amenities for non-golfers, including Hacker's Pub and Grill, which features a traditional sports bar atmosphere with dining options for lunch and dinner. The club provides event spaces through the Ball Room, Manor Room, and Windsor Room for private parties, banquets, and weddings. A junior golf program is available during summer months for young golfers ages 6-17, designed to develop foundational skills and foster enthusiasm for the game.
