Mid South Club

Mid South Club is a private residential golf community located in Southern Pines, North Carolina, just minutes from the historic Village of Pinehurst. Designed by Arnold Palmer, the course features a championship layout set across 545 acres of longleaf pine forests, lakes, and gently rolling hillsides that provide a scenic backdrop characteristic of the Sandhills region.

The Arnold Palmer signature course presents a challenging yet enjoyable test of golf skills for its members. The course has earned significant recognition, including ranking in Golf Digest's Top 20 Best Courses in North Carolina and being named the #1 Private Club in the Sandhills Area by Pinehurst Magazine. It was voted among the Top 200 Resort Courses in America in 2023 and Top 15 You Can Play in North Carolina that same year.

The course has hosted numerous qualifying tournaments, serving as a U.S. Open Qualifier from 1996-1998 and 2000, as well as a U.S. Amateur Qualifier during 1996-1998 and a Junior U.S. Amateur Qualifier in 1997. It also hosts PGA Club Professional Qualifiers, underscoring its status as a challenging championship venue.
