Lake Toxaway Country Club ☆ Follow

The private 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Kris Spence and is sculpted over the hills and valleys of Lake Toxaway. The course is considered one of the most scenic mountain courses in North Carolina, silhouetted by the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains in the background. The course measures 6,418 yards with a slope of 135. After completing a $9 million renovation in 2008, the award-winning course accommodates golfers of all skill levels. Low handicappers will enjoy a test of their shot-making ability while beginners and families will appreciate the course's wide fairways and generous bail-out areas.

The course is open to Lake Toxaway Country Club members with golf privileges and their guests, operating from April through November. The course is ranked as one of the Top 100 Golf Courses in North Carolina by the NC Golf Panel. The club is nestled on the banks of Lake Toxaway and features a scenic 18-hole golf course along with tennis, croquet, swimming and world-class amenities. Additional facilities include a 20-acre Tom Fazio Golf Learning Center, five Har-Tru tennis courts, a fitness center, and an outdoor swimming pool.
