The 18-hole course stretches across rolling terrain with generous fairways, challenging small greens, and striking water features. Originally opened in the early 1990s, Kiln Creek Golf Club was crafted with generous fairways, subtle elevation changes, and challenging approach shots that test course management and precision. The design is player-friendly from the tee, but places a premium on accuracy into the greens.

The facility features a course rating of 73.4 and a slope of 138. The 8th hole is recognized as one of the Mid-Atlantic region's best par 4 holes by Tee Time Magazine.
