The property is situated in a setting that emphasizes open views of Mount Fuji, integrating the landscape into the playing experience with a mix of elevated and downhill holes. The course features distinct strategic challenges, highlighted by specific signature holes. The 13th hole on the inward nine is a demanding par 4 that plays downhill with a view of the Suruga Bay, where overhanging trees and out-of-bounds areas create significant pressure.
