The course features three distinct sets of tees—back, middle, and front—allowing for varying yardages from 5,139 yards to 6,415 yards. The front nine plays to a par of 36, and the back nine also carries a par of 36, totaling 72 strokes for the full round. The routing is characterized by a mix of par-3s, par-4s, and par-5s that navigate the undulating terrain. The longest hole on the course is the 18th, a 533-yard par-5 from the back tees, while the shortest is the 14th, a 142-yard par-3. The par-4s form the bulk of the challenge, with the 15th standing as the longest at 427 yards from the back markers. The course design incorporates strategic layout elements intended to make the ups and downs of the terrain feel manageable, providing a playable experience for golfers of varying abilities. Fuji Hakone Country Club hosts a variety of internal competitions throughout the year, including monthly cup events, a club championship, and senior and ladies' championships. The club also participates in regional events such as the Kanto Club Association competitions. Facilities on-site include a driving range, practice green, and a restaurant serving Japanese cuisine, supporting both serious play and leisure rounds. The course is accessible via the Tomei Expressway, with a short drive from the Numazu Interchange or a shuttle ride from Atami Station.
