Hubbard Memorial Golf Course was designed by Stanley W. Hadden and opened with its first nine holes in 1961, with the second nine completed the following year. The course is an 18-hole layout measuring 7,137 yards with a par of 72. The course features four par fives, ten par fours, and four par threes. Four sets of tees—blue, white, yellow, and red—accommodate golfers of varying skill levels, ranging from 7,137 yards at the blue tees to 5,012 yards from the red tees.

Located among the trees east of the flightline, the course is one of the base's notable features. The layout includes hilly, tree-lined fairways with numerous sand bunkers and water hazards on two holes. The course is known for its prominent greens, which are large with complex breaks and slopes throughout. Hole 10 stands out as one of the most challenging par fours, featuring a fairway that slopes generously from right to left. As a military facility, the course maintains high standards of conditioning and presents a significant challenge to golfers.
