Heaton Moor Golf Club, established in 1892, is an 18-hole parkland course measuring 6,000 yards with a par of 70. Located in Stockport, the course is set within a mature, protected conservation area featuring gently undulating terrain characteristic of parkland golf.

The layout comprises two separate nine-hole loops starting from the clubhouse, offering flexibility for members with limited time. A small practice ground adjoins the main drive, with additional practice putting greens located by the clubhouse and first tee.

The primary challenge on this well-maintained course centers on accuracy. Narrow fairways are lined with hundreds of trees, while numerous bunkers strategically position throughout the layout demand precise shot-making. The greens present additional difficulty, featuring subtle borrows that test putting ability.

The club is member-owned and operated. A well-developed clubhouse provides catering facilities, with the kitchen and bar open from noon offering drinks, light snacks, and meals. The course is conveniently positioned near Junction 1 of the M60 motorway, with access from Mauldeth Road in Heaton Mersey.
