Hacienda Hills Golf & Country Club ☆ Follow

This 27-hole course offers a great test for all skill levels, with bunkers on every hole, and water features on fourteen holes. The course was designed by Clifton, Ezell and Clifton. The course is part of The Villages, a large, master-planned retirement community 45 miles northwest of Orlando. The Lakes and Oaks nines play fairly tight, while the Palms Course offers wider fairways with more elevation changes allowing for a more forgiving yet still challenging game.

Golfing legend Chi Chi Rodriguez said the mirrored holes at Hacienda are two of his all-time favorite holes of golf. The opening holes for the Oaks and Lakes nines are two par 5s set parallel to each other and that share a green, so while there are 27 holes at Hacienda, there are just 26 greens. The course features distinctive design characteristics with its varied nine-hole layouts providing different playing experiences for golfers of varying skill levels.
