Glenvista Country Club is an 18-hole golf course designed by legendary South African golfer and architect Sidney "Sid" Brews, a former top-five world-ranked player who won the SA Open eight times and numerous international titles. Located in South Africa, the course features bent grass greens that were re-laid to U.S. PGA standards in 1993, ensuring championship-quality playing surfaces. The club underwent significant development following its purchase by members in 1978, with modern water reticulation systems installed to maintain fairway conditions year-round. The practice putting green was rebuilt to stringent standards in 2001. The course is complemented by comprehensive facilities including a clubhouse, pro shop, tennis courts, and padel facilities. Glenvista Country Club hosts both men's and ladies' league competitions and better-ball tournaments, establishing itself as a well-maintained private golf facility with a proud history and competitive community.
