The International Olympic Academy Golf Course at Costa Navarino is an 18-hole, par-72 layout measuring 6,366 metres (approximately 6,960 yards) from the back tees, located at the Navarino Hills development in the Messinia region of southwest Greece. Designed by two-time Masters champion and Ryder Cup legend José María Olazábal and his team at Olazabal Design, it opened officially in spring 2022 alongside the Hills Course. It holds the distinction of being the world's first International Olympic Academy Golf Course, created in partnership with the Hellenic Olympic Committee and the International Olympic Academy.

The course is built on the hillside facing Navarino Bay and the Ionian Sea, and is described by Olazábal as offering "breathtaking" views that are difficult to keep one's eyes off during play. Of the two Olazábal designs at Navarino Hills, the Olympic Course is the longer and more demanding, with tighter fairways than the Hills Course and a more compact, challenging character. The elevated terrain produces dramatic elevation changes throughout, with notable large drop-offs around several holes and particularly impressive par-3s framed by steep natural terrain and panoramic sea views. Risk-reward opportunities are woven into the design, with reachable par-5s and drivable par-4s balanced by strategically placed bunkers and thick rough that penalise wayward shots. The course shares the centrally positioned Hills Clubhouse — designed by architect Lubomír Zeman in local stone — with its sister Hills Course, and has been used as a venue for the Messinia Pro-Am.
