The Hills Course at Costa Navarino is an 18-hole, par-72 layout measuring 6,251 metres from the back tees, located at the Navarino Hills development in the Messinia region of southwest Greece. Designed by two-time Masters champion and Ryder Cup legend José María Olazábal and his design team, it opened in February 2022 alongside the adjacent International Olympic Academy Golf Course, making Costa Navarino a 72-hole resort destination. The Hills Course was ranked among Continental Europe's top 120 courses shortly after opening.

Set on the inland side of a hilltop ridge above the Ionian Sea coastline, the course looks out over rural Messinian countryside, rugged mountains and small villages rather than the sea views that characterise its sister courses. The terrain features significant elevation changes throughout, with dramatic descents, blind and semi-blind shots adding variety to the strategic challenge. Olazábal's design incorporates undulating fairways, carefully positioned bunkers, and large, contoured greens that reward precise approach play. Notable holes include the short par-3 5th at 132 metres, the demanding par-4 6th on the front nine, the par-3 15th played across a gorge, and the par-4 17th, a Cape-style hole presenting a risk-reward decision off the tee. The Hills Course has hosted the European Legends Tour alongside the Dunes Course.
