Designed by notable golfer Manuel Piñero, the course stretches 6,325 meters and plays to a par 72. The design incorporates Piñero's professional experience from competitive golf and harmonizes with the natural landscape of scattered oak trees and gentle undulations. The course features four lakes, numerous strategically placed bunkers, large fast greens, and wide fairways, creating a challenging yet visually appealing layout. The facility also includes two putting greens, a chipping green, and an extensive practice range measuring 350 meters.

The course is known for its demanding nature, with altitude variations across the fairways and difficult rough making it a significant test for golfers of all levels. Hosting major tournaments, it welcomed Spain's Cross Country Championship in 1999 and hosted a stage of the Peugeot Tour of Spain in 2004. The course maintains year-round playability and is regarded as one of the most prestigious golf courses in the province due to its careful environmental integration and landscape design.
