Blackhead Mountain Lodge & Country Club is an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course located in the Northern Catskill Mountains near Round Top, New York. The course was designed by USGA architect Nicholas Psiahas, with the original nine holes opening in 1990 and a second nine added in 1999. The layout is carved into the natural mountainous terrain, offering dramatic elevation changes and spectacular scenic views throughout the property.

The course presents a challenging test of golf with narrow, tree-lined fairways and strategic obstacles including water hazards, bunkers, doglegs, and two-tiered greens. Golfers frequently encounter hilly and rolling terrain with limited flat lies, requiring precise shot placement and accuracy. The setting is set among forested hills in the Catskills, where wildlife including deer, turkey, and occasionally bears are encountered on the property.

The course is maintained to high standards and is open to the public. It is part of a broader resort property that includes on-site lodging, dining, and recreational facilities. While no major championship tournament history is documented, the course has established a reputation as one of the notable challenging layouts in the Northeast.
