Arcadian Shores Golf Club, a semi-private resort club, has been a Rees Jones-designed tradition on the north end of Myrtle Beach since 1974 and was actually the first golf course designed by Jones. The par 72 course measures 6,857 yards with a rating of 73.2 and a slope of 137 from the tips. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Arcadian Shores is a quick trip from all area accommodations.

The course was designed by renowned golf course architect Rees Jones and features uniquely contoured fairways and green complexes with an abundance of live oaks and well placed lakes. It is one of the more challenging Myrtle Beach golf courses with more than 60 bunkers scattered throughout the course with five tee boxes that cater to all experience levels. The elevated greens are surrounded by large strategically placed bunkers, but getting your tee shot into the fairway provides an acceptable approach shot from most angles.

The course is perhaps best known for two of the most celebrated holes on the Grand Strand — the par-3 2nd and the par-4 13th — both of which have been named to the "Grand Strand's Dream 18" numerous times. The course has appeared on prominent Golf Digest, Golfweek, and Golf Magazine lists over the years, building a reputation as one of South Carolina's standout resort courses.
