The tournament is open to visitors and non-members. Entry fee is 25 EUR per player, payable in cash on the day; Special Olympics athletes and KGC youth participants play free. A buffet is provided, free for SO athletes, para-golfers, their carers, and KGC youth; other players pay a 20 EUR buffet surcharge. The event includes a sign-in and warm-up at 10:00, opening at 11:00, with buffet, speeches, and prize-giving from 14:30–16:00. A 'Sportlerdisco' (athletes' party) is held the evening before.
